George Tzigiannis

CEO & Principal

George started his career in Decision Support roles for mortgage, credit card and small business lending at HSBC, JP Morgan Chase & Advanta. He was head of Structured Transactions for Radian Europe and head of Pricing for Radian’s mortgage insurance business. At RBS, he ran Global Exotics trading while he was head of Asset-Backed Trading at Stone Harbour. At Societe Generale, George ran the European Securitized Products Group, while he was deputy global head of trading and head of European collateralized financing. George is also a partner at Freehold Investment Corporation, a ground lease investment fund.

Dimitri Papatheoharis

CFA, Principal

Mr. Papatheoharis has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of structured finance, capital markets, fixed income trading and risk transfer technology. He previously served as Chief Investment Officer of Luminent Capital, a publicly traded investment firm, where he managed a $15 billion portfolio of non-agency mortgage loans and ABS securities and derivatives.

Ted Swansen

Legal Counsel

Prior to joining us, Mr. Swansen served as general counsel, chief compliance officer and chief AML compliance officer for a boutique investment bank. Before entering the securities industry, Mr. Swansen litigated class action securities fraud, antitrust and consumer fraud cases for eight years.

Mr. Swansen received his J.D. from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law in 1999. Ted also has a M.B.A. (economics concentration) and B.B.A., summa cum laude (finance and risk management & insurance) from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
